To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 50 days after the day on which you receive your goods. You pay only for sending an item back to us. Additional shipping charges do not apply.

How to cancel & return: You can cancel & return by

1. Sending a notification by email. Please ensure you provide a clear statement of your wish to cancel, your order number, full name, address, details of the goods you wish to cancel, your phone number and email address.
2. The returns process will then be automated online; you shall receive a returns link. This will guide you through the returns process for both US and International orders.
   
   

Returns Checklist

Prior to returning your goods, you must retain and take reasonable care of the goods. Any goods should be returned in their original and unused condition (with original packaging), with all labels and tags still attached. If labels or tags are removed, the goods will be considered used. Any refunds will be made against the original form of tender you used to pay for your order.
